Our annual District Council takes place every April at rotating locations across our state. It combines our district business sessions with encouraging training, as well as our annual credentialing service. The evening services are open to the public and all are welcome to attend!

Dr. Paul Alexander
President, Trinity Bible College and Graduate School
Dr. Paul Alexander was elected as the eighth President of Trinity Bible College in Ellendale, North Dakota on March 7, 2012. Prior to serving as president of Trinity Bible College, Dr. Alexander served as president of Mattersey Hall College and Graduate School, located in Mattersey, England from 2004-2011. He came to Trinity with his wife, Dr. Carol Alexander, with a strong vision of academic, spiritual and social engagement.
Dr. Alexander’s PhD is from Bangor University, Wales and it centers on a missional rational for theological education and training but included a thorough examination of the interface between the church, the academy (particularly Christian higher education) and the wider community.
The Alexanders have lived on four continents and have led a variety of ministries and institutions. They have led churches in the UK, South Africa and Australia. Additionally, Paul has led institutions of Higher Learning in each of these places. They have also served with local churches in the USA. They are both passionate about training people to be servant leaders with a commitment to church planting, mission and care for the poor and disenfranchised.
The Alexander’s have two grown children. Anna is married to Rich and they have two children, Ava and Tylan, and live in Charlotte, North Carolina. Jason resides in Los Angeles, California.

Tim Ruden Ph.D. LPCC

I’ve always had a fascination and passion for relationships of every kind, both personal and spiritual. That fascination led me to pursue an M.Div. from Fuller Theological Seminary and eventually a Ph.D. in clinical psychology. After 13 years of private practice in Los Angeles and extensive pastoral positions in CA, IL and MN, I returned to private practice here in Eagan, MN during 2007. When I’m not “up North” cutting down trees or sitting at our fire pit with friends and family, you’ll probably find me in my counseling office.
I’m typically helping adults, many of them ministers from various denominations, find healthy God honoring solutions to their life in a way that promotes balance, truth and grace. To date, I’ve provided over 44,000 hours of face to face personal counseling to individuals and couples. I am happy to say that the passion and fascination is still there.
